We use an automated system that allows us to determine the vehicle's serial number from the license plate of your MINI MINI.

The number VIN (vehicle identification number) matches the vehicle's serial number. It can be found in the E line on the registration certificate.

It is identical to the number engraved on the car's chassis. Each manufacturer must assign a vehicle identification number (VIN code) to each vehicle it produces. The VIN code is also called the NSV (Vehicle Serial Number) code. The VIN code consists of a series of 17 characters.

The VIN code is produced from the WMI manufacturer code, which is equivalent to the first three characters. Then the VDS code which includes 8 characters and the last 6 correspond to an internal manufacturer number.
